Our workshops are focused on understanding of the non-verbal behavior patterns.
The goal is to learn to understand and translate these signals into usable information. Being able to do this, our communication will become more focused and clear.

Fundisa Non Verbal Communication Workshop
We always communicate. We cannot 'not' communicate.
This happens not only through spoken language (conscious), but most dominant, we do communicate on a non-verbal level(unconscious).
Not only do we know that these signals are important, we do record these
non-verbal expressions of our partners and respond unconsciously to these again.
This training is unique and teaches concrete and tangible skills in an area that was previously vague and intangible.
You learn to observe someone’s behavior and translate that into usable information. You are able to predict people's behavior and anticipate on that.
But just as important, you learn to recognize your personal behavior strategy, including the impact it has on other people.
Objectives:
- recognizing and interpreting non-verbal signals
- gain clarity in the overall communication process on both
conscious and unconscious level
- by recognizing the communication process/ strategy, being
able to anticipate more and/ or steer a conversation
- recognize the problem in the cooperation resulting from
unconscious communication processes.
For who:
For professionals who want to proactively react to the behavior of others.
Professionals who not only want to improve their knowledge of communication, but want to learn to look in a different way at interpersonal communication processes.
Fundisa Sales Workshop
Sales is mainly based on PERCEPTION.
Most sales trainings are based on communication techniques on a conscious level, to convince the client.
But when you learn to understand and translate the perception and needs of your client, you can give, on an unconscious level, an appropriate and tailor made advice.
By using the non-verbal signals of the client, you do see the other half of the communication. Non-verbal signals are more clear, honest and nuanced and are dominant in the total communication.
When you can anticipate on these signals, it will lead to a more effective and successful cooperation.
What does the Fundisa Sales Workshop offer:
- learn to identify and influence the perception of your customer
- learn to focus your attention completely to your customer
- better understanding of the communication process
- learn to identify basic 'non-verbal signals’
- easy technique, and always applicable
