We communicate at two levels.
On a conscious level (what we actually say), but also on an unconscious level. (What we show)
The signals we send unconsciously are dominant in our total communication. These are visible in our facial expressions and are a repetitive, consistent and predictable pattern.
By using short video recordings, we can make the unconscious signals visible.

Non Verbal Behavior Analysis Applicants
The Goodfield Method ® is a unique way to screen people on their (future) skills, by bridging conscious behavior with the other half of our message, the non-verbal behavior/ communication. (unconscious behavior)
SCreening of the applicant with respect to i.e. working under pressure, dealing with authority, communication style, leadership skills, etc., are made visible by a short video recording. With this tool, non-verbal behavior strategies will be shown. This will lead to a more complete picture of the applicant.
